Refund policy

Vending Machine (LuxFragranceStation Machine at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre)
Due to the nature of our product—single-use fragrance sprays dispensed on demand—we do not offer refunds or returns for purchases made via our vending machines. If there is an issue with the machine or a failed spray, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We’ll work to resolve the issue fairly, which may include offering a complimentary spray or alternative resolution at our discretion.

E-Commerce (Fragrance Decants + Subscription Boxes)
If you're unsatisfied with your online purchase, we accept returns for unused, sealed decants or full-size products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
