1.  The Vending Experience 

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept refunds on all fragrance sprays that are unsuccessful or fail within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a refund, please contact us directly founder@luxfragrancestation.com. *Disclaimer* We do not refund a spray if you are not satisfied with the "smell" of the fragrace.

How do I use the vending machine?

Using the vending machine is simple:

Step 1: Browse the displayed fragrances & select your preferred scent on the touchscreen.

 

Step 2: Make your payment using card, or Apple Pay.

 

Step 3: Move your preferred scent location to the nozzle. 


Step 4: Press the button and smell great!

Where are the vending machines located?

Our vending machines are currently located in Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, with more luxurious locations coming soon. Follow us on social media for updates!

What payment methods are available?

We accept major credit/debit card & mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What brands are available?

Our machines feature a mix of iconic classics and modern luxury fragrances. The selection varies based on location, and will change often! Ensuring a fresh experience every time.

What should I do if a vending machine is out of a specific fragrance or if the machine isn’t working properly?

We strive to ensure all our LuxFragranceStation vending machines are fully stocked and functional. However, if you encounter a machine that is out of your desired fragrance or not operating correctly, please let us know immediately through our website or email us at info@luxfragrancestation.com. We will address the issue as quickly as possible and can direct you to the nearest machine with availability. Your feedback helps us maintain our high standards of service.

2. Decant Questions

Are your decants authentic?

Yes — every decant is 100% authentic and sourced directly from original designer or niche bottles. We never sell fakes, dupes, or reformulations.

How long will each decant last?

A 3ml decant will typically offer 30-40 sprays. 5ml typically offers 50-65 sprays, and our 10ml will give around 100-130 depending on how you use it — great for a few weeks of wear or to test across different moods.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene and sanity reasons, we don’t accept returns on decants. But, in the case of any issues with your order, we’ll always make it right.

Are your decants spray or dab-on bottles?

All our decants come with fine mist atomizers — so you can spray, layer, and wear them just like a full-size bottle.

How should I store my decants?

All decants are stored at a controlled 16.5°C to maintain peak quality and scent integrity. We recommend keeping your decants in a cool, dark place (like a drawer) to preserve them further. Avoid heat and direct sunlight.

How are the fragrances packed?

Each decant comes in a labelled, leak-proof glass vial with a spray top, packed securely to preserve the scent and ensure the best experience.

Can I choose the size of the decant?

Yes! All scents are available in 3ml, 5ml, and 10ml options. Perfect whether you're just curious or ready to fall in love.

Are these gender specific or unisex scents?

We offer a mix! Many of our fragrances are genderless or loved by all. You can filter by vibe, not just labels.

Can I get these as a gift for someone?

Absolutely! Decants make amazing gifts. Choose your scents and we’ll package them beautifully — ready to impress.
